It appears that your vagina lips are longer than you think cosmetically they should be. Your lips are just what they were meant to be. My wife's lips were long and fat and luscious and I don't think she liked them nearly as much as I did. Learn to appreciate yourself. This is important. If your little (or big) p***y lips are causing you health problems in some way I can understand you wanting or needing to make a cosmetic, physical change in them. Otherwise, you are you. Be beautiful. There are many men that really have an appreciation for large labia.
