Hi getfunky79, On occasion I have felt something similar to what you're talking about. Is it like the whole room is shaking for a brief moment? I'm trying to figure out precisely what it is you are referring to because I have had some anxiety in the past, and sometimes I have felt things similar to that. I think that if you are drinking caffeine that it is related to that. Does that sounds like a viable cause? I think it might help if you could cut it out, it might work out better for you. What do you think?

Yeah Blue dog somehow i had cut off the caffeine from my diet. I used to drink a lot of coffee before but i think that when you get not enough rest anxiety will take control over your body pretty much easier. I mean when you work a lot , you are understress from work , family , money managment, children , stay up light to party with friends in the weekened till 5 am etc etc etc ..... that makes things much more worse I think... dont you???

I totally agree, and you're totally right. I just think that if you're experiencing that shaking feeling that it's usually related to caffeine so that's what my guess is. I guess since that's been ruled out then it might be a good idea to talk to a doctor. I don't know what it is, but it's possible that it won't clear up. Keep me posted on what your doctor says, okay?
