I have the ability to release adreneline at will by flexing some kind of muscle deep in my abdomen.  Its hard to pinpoint, but it feels almost behind and a little above my stomach.  My guess is near the adrenal gland.  Anyway, when I do that, my heart rate increases, breathing rate increases, I feel incredibly powerful and a bit euphoric, and I get the compulsion to flex muscles or run around.  I become instantly awake and alert, and my pupils dialte.  The feeling doesn't last long though.  Pretty much anyone I've told says that releasing adreneline voluntarily is impossible, but I don't know what else it could be.  Anyone experienced this?  I don't do it, because I'm worried I'll get a heart attack or something.

I've felt something similar, maybe not to the intensity you have, but I have noticed when I activate my core it helps take attention away from something else, such as being cold, fearful, any uncomfortable feeling. I've been watching some Wim Hof videos that have some relation to this topic.

I have discovered this when I was young. Always wondered what was happening. Doesn't feel like it's in my abdomen, but I do feel a good sensation through my abdomen, chest and head. I am slightly out of breath afterward and feel relaxed, not hyper. I did use a heart rate monitor while doing it and it did clearly increase my heart rate. Never had any negative side effects from doing it, but I only think to do it every few years, so not habit-forming but it does feel like a drug. When I was really young I wondered that maybe I could do it because I had latent telekenetic powers so I experimented. I don't. : )

I've always been able to do it. It's basically having voluntary control of the sympathetic (involuntary) nervous system which activates the "fight or flight" response. It's very rare even science hasn't dug that much into it, I used to think it was a superpower when I was a kid lol. However I don't feel it in an exact spot in my body but kind of like all over, it's impossible to explain like having an extra organ in the body that you can activate whenever you want.

I can do this too. I discovered the ability about 15 years ago. I would describe my process very similar to how you do it. I've used it at the end of meditation to bring me back and make me hyper-alert. I heard Andrew Huberman say recently that Adrenaline released just after learning something new will make it much easier to remember. I wish I'd heard that 30 years ago in college!
