So while being a teenager I have gone through a lot of annoying weight changes, when I was in grade 8 I was 5'4 123 pounds, after this i dropped to roughly 112 for grade 9-11. In grade 12 i stayed at 115, then in grad 12 i was 115. Then in my grade 13 year I droped to 110 and by mid summer I was 103! People were really worried about me and I kept falling asleep ALL THE TIME. I was cranky and tired and so thin! After this I gained 20 pounds in 7 months! Im 125. I seriiously am getting annoyed, I have WAY more energy now, but I get really depressed when I gain weight, I was honestly so happy when I was 103, even though i could barely do anything. Someone give me advice (I can't go to my doctor because he won't help me with anything) I suffer from anxiety and often have massive panic attacks when I have to change the smallest thing in my routine. I also suffer from serious muscle tension and knots (I have trouble getting up if im sitting on the floor for instance, I feel like im an old person!) I have 2 bulging disks and tendonitis in my shoulder from playing viola (a large violin) Please someone help me! am I insane!?
