I have these weird bumps on my testicles. I'm 17 now and I believe they been there since I was 13 or 14. Some I can squeeze and they bust out some kind of puss maybe a yellowish color. Some are really hard and I can't squeeze them out. More and more tend to come. Hard and soft and I need to get rid of them. But how?
