Hello. I went to my ordinary examination at my gynecologist a couple of days ago. So, before he started to check on me, he told me that I have prolapsed uterus. Oops! Well, that was not nice and it was uncomfortable as well. But there is nothing I can do now about this except find some treatment. So, what are possible prolapsed uterus treatment at home? And are they helpful? I did some research on the internet, but as soon as I saw how this looks like, I give up on this. It is pretty nasty and ugly, right? let me know if you had experience with it...Tnx!

I think that this depends on so many different factors as well. It depends on to diagnose, it depends on the difficulty of this problem. It shouldn't be anything complicated and generally, when you take a look at the bigger picture, you will realize that uterine prolapse treatment is pretty much simple. Here are some tips that you can do, for example, performing Kegel exercises to strengthen pelvic muscles and support the weakened fascia is really helpful. You can find a bunch of tips on the internet or ask someone who is an expert at this. Also, you need to avoid constipation by eating high-fiber foods and drinking plenty of fluids. I hope that you will see some recovery steps, soon. Good luck!

I posted a couple of minutes ago in another topic about this, since my friend had this issue and I spend a lot of time at her house, trying to help her in everything that I could. After she finished this procedure, her first question to the doctor was - for how long I will be recovering and what can I do to recover faster, what can I do at my home. He told her that the best thing is for healing is to perform Kegel. Those exercises will help you to strengthen pelvic muscles and support the weakened fascia. You need to know that you should also avoid constipation by eating high-fiber foods and drinking plenty of fluids, minimum 2, 5 liters per day.

I vote for the surgery because that is the best way to get rid of it. But if you are persistent to avoid this surgery, there is nothing that we can do about it, right? Anyway, I say that it depends on the condition of your vulva. There are a couple of natural remedies, but I am not sure how they work. But I am sure that some exercises may help you, they won't cause any damage. At least, I hope so. I know that everyone is saying that Kegel exercises are good. But have you ever tried other exercises that involve using Ben Wa Balls?  It is pretty much effective and of course, Kegels in addition to using Ben Wa Balls to get faster results. So, it is worth of trying if you don't want to go to surgery...

Hey guys, thank you so much for sharing this all with me, I really appreciate this. But still, I am a huge coward. You know how big coward I am when you hear that my doctor called me today and he asked me what am I waiting. I think that this tells you enough. I can't accept the fact that I actually need to have this surgery, it is really a huge stress for me. I have tried some of those things and you know what, I don't feel any better. At all. So, if you have more things for me, more options that can help me treat myself at home, I would love to hear them. Trust me, I am willing to try anything!

You are acting a little bit immature for your ages, for a grown woman, if you allow me to tell you that. I think that your doctor called you for a reason because he did some tests and he needs to do this surgery in order to help you. We can write a bunch of other ways and exercises, we can write about over the counter medications, but I think that in your case this won't help you. Feel free to do some researchers here, on this forum, and you will see that a lot of ladies had the same issues and they were struggling with the pain as well, but now they are OK. And, let's face the fact - no one loves doctors and surgeries.
