Based on what i have read, from doctors, there's nothing wrong or dangerous on period sex. There is only a possibility of getting pregnant after period sex if you are not using a condom. There are few cases women get pregnant after doing it. Regarding STDs, you are prone to transmit it if you are not using a condom. but if you are using it, there would be nothing to worry about.
