My grandmother has a problem with varicose veins for years. Now his doctor advised her to go to surgery. He said that it is the best treatment for her in this moment. I think she will have a sclerotherapy. Does anybody know what are the prognoses after varicose veins surgery? Thanks!

As I know, most patients who had varicose vein surgery have good results and usually they are very satisfied. If you go to sclerotherapy, you should know that after sclerotherapy the patient can almost immediately resume most of their normal activities. And remember, it’s important that feet are kept raised above the heart whenever possible.
