What are your favorite stability ball exercises?

Pushups
Crunches (with and without weights)
Kneeling on it and playing catch with a medicine ball and another partner on a ball.
Standing on it
Kneeling on it and playing catch with myself
Doing my arm workouts with weights while kneeling on it

It's a great multifunctional item that I think everyone can incorporate into their workout routines.

My favorite is using the ball at the smith machine (for stability, you could use something else though). I put the bar on the SM at the lowest position, ball in the small of your back, lay back so you can grab the SM bar arms fully extended, your body nearly paralell to the floor. Now raise your legs straight up to the ceiling then back down. A good test of core strength here and my absolute favorite advanced ab exercise. I do 3-4 sets of 12-15. Can strain the lower back if you have the ball to high on your back and not as effective if you have it to low either.
