For the post 4weeks i have had sharp stabbing pains in my abdomen, and back ache in the middle off my back and on where my kidneys should be.

Did you ever get to the doctor? If he said there was nothing physically wrong, then look at your diet. Drink more water to flush out the toxins in your body, while you're trying to find the culprit.

Also, consider your exercise. If you do a lot of crunches, or super heavy weights, that could cause it as well. There are more effective exercises than crunches that don't hurt your back and neck. The stability ball has some great ones.
