If it's not too much trouble, could you post a basic workout routine that could help me get toned without using any weights or machines?

I had great success with pilates when it comes to toning up.
I bought a ball, and ok, i did but weights too but pilates is effective for toning without weights too.

I use weights only for my arms because I want to build strength too.

I never went to any classes, I just used a book on pilates with the ball and it made me feel great but also look good.

Many men may have a problem with pilates since it may appear to be a feminine stuff, but I would have to disagree.

You didn't say your reasons for not wanting to use weights.
