What can i do to make my sex life better

Hi, I'm 17 almost 18, and I had sex for the first time 4 days ago. My bf and I did use a condom, but after 30 seconds or so the condom broke but we didn't notice it right away. After 20 or so seconds my bf noticed the broked condom. He didn't cum on me and wasn't feeling like it neither. But I got really scared and started to do a research, and I read that u can get pregnant even if your bf doesn't cum on you, because the precum can carry sperm on it self. After 3 days stressing and feeling bloated I decided to get an emergency pill. I took it but i have gained 3 kg and i feel bloated. Please tell me this is normal after u take the pill or after you have sex. If I'm pregnant I wouldn't know what to do cuz my parents would litterally kill me. I might as well kill my self. Please tell me im not pregnant
