I’m currently in the process of being diagnosed with sarcoidosis – at my chest x-ray I taken for what seemed to be pneumonia, the results later confirmed with CT scan showed I have pulmonary sarcoidosis. I still have biopsy to do, but my doctor told me that there is very little chance that biopsy will show anything much different. What I’m hoping to find out, if anyone here is already suffering from sarcoidosis, is how you know you have a flare up coming? I’m currently feeling very tired, with some difficulties with breathing and kind of a brain fog – but are these symptoms related to sarcoidosis flare up?

Yeah, it kinda feels like a bit of pain in the chest when breathing. Followed by feeling tired. I would mention the brain fog to your doctor, it's possible that it may be related to the lack of oxygen...
