My wife was diagnosed with sarcoidosis when she had severe sore throat, choking cough for 6 months. Eventually she developed erythema nodosum which prompted her go to have chest X-ray hence revealing typical pattern confirmed by bronchoscopy and biopsy. She felt better for 6 months and chest ct showed some improvements. We were happy it is going to resolve completely. Unfortunately whole family had some viral infection. Everybody else is recovered but she is having severe choking site throat leading to gagging and vomiting on daily basis. Waiting to see chest doctor as steroids course hasn't helped her to recover fully this time. Any experiences or suggestions will be welcom
