Hello! I want to know what normal systolic pressure is. I am asking you this because last time I checked my blood pressure, systolic pressure was 128 mmHg. I am very concerned because this result and I hope you will tell me should I really be worried or I just overreact. I am thanking you in advance!

Hello! You should not be worried at all. I am telling you this because systolic pressure up to 130 mmHg is treated as normal. Over 130 mmHg is treated like high normal; from 140-150 mmHg as hypertension stage I; from 160 – 179 mmHg as hypertension stage II and over 179 as hypertension stage III.
