Hi. I'm 34 year old female.
Before this occurred I was very healthy and did never had any problems with my bladder and urine system in generally.
But, about a month ago I started to feel first symptoms which were burning on urination and feeling like I have to urinate all the time.
I thought it was just some passing urine infection but I guess I was wrong because my symptoms just get worse with time.
After this I started to suffer from nocturia, condition when you getting up in the night to urinate very frequently.
All this was accompanied with strong bladder pain, especially when it is full. I contacted my urologist and he determined that I suffer from some condition called Ureaplasma. Is it dangerous?

Well, I would call Ureaplasma “condition” but rather the “cause” of your condition. A bacterium that commonly infects the urogenital tract and can cause premature birth or spontaneous abortion.
So, I wouldn’t like to hear that you are pregnant.
It is the one of smallest living organisms because Ureaplasma lacks several proteins standard in comparable organisms.
You have described almost typical symptoms of this infection.
You should use the antibiotics doctor prescribed you because, once these infections are allowed to persist for months or years, they can become are very difficult to cure.
In most cases, people recover fully after two or three weeks of using proper antibiotic remedies.
Good luck!
