i don'tknow what's wrong, I had never had a sexual or intimate relation but just to days ago I started filling some itching sensation and I felt a little lump on the left side of my vergina? What does this mean, I don't like going to the doctor, what shold I do? ? ?

The itching could be just transient. Sometimes we react to a harsh detergent or a vaginal deodorants or it could be yeast infection that is not related to having sex.
If the itching becomes persistent, gets worse or you develop additional problems, I am afraid you would have to see a doc whether you like it or not.

Our vaginas are very sensitive to bubblebaths and certain products, which can cause itching, but is not 'dangerous'..
Yeast infections also cause itching, and these are easily treatable , but best to go to the doc just in case.
