ok so i ive posted this before but i would like some more opinions as well. so i had these little white bumps on my inner labia (pin needle size) and in the crease (a touch bigger) i had them for 3 months. I could see them more when i pulled on the skin but they were there and kinda itchy and irritating and sometimes tender. so i went to 2 doctors one of them said it sounds like it could be herepes but there was nothing to swab so she tested for gonerriah and clamediah which came back negative. my next doctor said its nothing probably just a rash, she said the soap i was using was horrible and to change it (and said i would KNOW if i got herpes). when i asked if it could be a yeast infection she said no but gave me a pill for just in case and a rash cream. i took the pill didnt use the cream, it went away... its been a month and now its back!!! the same small little bumps no open sores. could this be herepes???? the pin needle bumps can they be herpes without ever having any open sores?

Hi hon! I know I've answered this question for you, but I just wanted to post a link for you to take a look at pictures and symtpoms of both herpes and yeast infections! NOTE!!! THESE ARE BOTH GRAPHIC!!!!!!!! Also with herpes, you usually get enlarged lymph nodes, a temperature, PAIN! especially when you have an outbreak! IF you don't have any signs - such as a rash, you basically don't even know you have herpes, UNTIL there is an outbreak! So I REALLY do believe you are either suffereing from a yeast infection OR a bad reaction to your fabric laundry soap!

It's OK honey! I TOTALLY understand you being nervous, so what I'm about to tell you should make you feel better! You CAN pass herpes on to someone if you have an outbreak on your mouth, do falacio on your boyfriend and then he has unprotected vaginal or anal sex with you! BUT this is ONLY passed if you actually had a cold sore while you were intimate!

Since you are prone to cold sores, this means that your immune system is low! THUS the increased chance of getting yeast infections and a build up of Candida! So I would advise you to start with a non scented laundry detergent! And then start taking Acidopholus and other probiotics! SOME women actually put Probiotic yogurt on their labia's and into their vaginas!!!!!! 8-| o.O They swear by it and if you really think about it, there isn't too much difference between what they are doing and using a Monistat suppository is there?! I on the other hand would rather use if for Tzaziki!!!!! ;-) XD

Don't use an talc around your vaginal area, keep it dry and clean, and definitely use the 7 day pack of yeast infection kits! See after 7 days and use the other techniques! Yeast infections are BIG business honey, and the only reason for that is that there are MILLIONS of us with verying degrees of them! It doesn't always have to be about discharge and itchiness etc, sometimes you can have one and not even know it!

So I hope you get "better" soon and ALWAYS have your boyfriend where a condom - so this doesn't come up again for you OK? Good luck and health honey!
