my throat hurts relly bad....when i swallow my saliva it hurts......much less food.......and drinks.....my backalso hurts when i bend over and my stomach also hurts.......what wrong with me .......HELP!!!! OWWW HURTS TO YELL TOOO....

Even if it hurts make sure to keep drinking water or a light Gatorade to stay hydrated. Still eat when you can. Sounds like a cold or stomach bug. Take a break. If it gets worse or if you have a fever over 100 go to a doctor.
