Ok I'm 24
and i'm over weight
5'11 115 kilos
not exactly fit
i'm having pain in the upper part on the left side of my chest
pretty fast heart rate around 110 per minute
i have pain in the throat
and sometimes below my elbow
and i run short of breathe
i dont smoke but i do drink
its the middle of winter here also
