I have a recurring knee problem (ITB) I would like some advice on when to use a knee support, should it be worn when the injury is painful or at all times when training.
If I have no pain should the support still be used and if so are there any negatives if doing so.
I am not talking about heavy strapping just a regular Lonsdale branded support.
Any advice most welcome. :)
