hi...i`m 38 yrs.old and my problem is...there are times when i`m asleep i suddenly awake catching my breath.it`s like i cannot breath and it will last for a couple of seconds and then after that my heart will palpitate very fast for a minute or so...it really scares me sometimes.is this some kind of condition?and is there any solution for this. by the way i had gastritis before and sometimes i still feel gas in mystomach ,do you think is there any connection with my problem?...please help....
