I am not circumcised and my penis is sensitive when the skin is pulled back.
I can pull my foreskin back 'normally' (when erected and not erected).

When is the forseskin meant to be pulled back?
For example: Do you pull it back when you put on a condom? and Is it meant to be pulled back during sex ?
