Both of my parents had stroke. I suppose that I have big chance to get one also. I know that one of the biggest risk factors for a stroke is family history so I can expect it one day in future. I need to think about prevention. Which foods can help with stroke prevention?

Then foods rich in soluble fiber and soy products, which can reduce your LDL cholesterol and raise your HDL cholesterol level.
