Chances are it can either of them. Sperm can survive up to about 5 days.

So you slept with your boyfriend on the 4th, 5th, and 6th of July?
If so, you had sex with your boyfriend on day 16, 17, and 18 of your cycle. You had sex with the ex on day 20.
Normally you will ovulate between about days 11 and 16 of your cycle. The egg is only viable for up to about 48 hours after ovulation. It looks like your boyfriend is the father. It would have likely been too late for the ex to fertilize the egg.
You'll need a DNA test to be sure.
