Hi, there. Semi-vegetarians are also known as flexitarians. They follow vegetarian diet, but sometimes they make an exception. In another words, from time to time they eat meat. I think this is not a bad idea at all. People need meet since there are iron, phosphorus, high quality proteins and essential amino acids that cannot be found in other food. They eat eggs and fish.
