This is my 3rd day off of methadone my last dose being 12mls. So far i am experiencing hot flashes light cramping and a feeling to get sick. I am wondering how much longer till the withdraw kicks in i was on meth ar 120ml and tapered over a year to 12mls as i said its my third day and i am getting scared im reading all these horror stories and i am wondering at such a low dose what am i to expect

do not stay focused on the negative. only focus on the positive. Set your mind on good things. the more you think about all the horror stories the worse it will be. be strong because god said tthat we have power to beat satan at his game of trying to destroy us.I pray that god will heal you because through his son jesus, that he sent here, to save us from our sins died on the cross for us to free us from living satans way.through jesus bloody stripes you are healed already in the name of Jesus. He didn't die for nothing.Believe he is alive and you are healed This shall pass it wont be forever everything has an ending.you beat this test okay. Tammy thank you ans Amen to your words of god. Over this last year i had been fighting with myself to when and how to get off but was to busy listening to the horror stories and not believing in myself. I am now on my 4th day and still feeling really good, im eating and sleeping better than i ever have and i keep thinking to myself when will the big bang come and hit me. After reading your reply i am no longer scared thank you so kindly for your words
