me and boyfriend had unprotected sex and used the withdrawal method. When he was about to cum, he pulled out and did it outside of me. But then he wiped it off and suck his penis back inside of me(TMI) then when everything was done i left and realized we had sex on the day i was ovulating. What are the chances of me becoming pregnant? Was there still sperm inside his penis after he wiped? Please help me as much as you possibly can!

A good chance. I'd be on the lookout for any symptoms. First of all him pulling out is not effective as he could have came a bit before pulling out. And sticking it right back in, the penis could still have sperm on and inside. I suggest getting on Birth control if you're not going to use condoms.

Consider Plan B- if this happened within the past 72 hours you can still take Plan B- you don't need a prescription if you're over 18 and you can purchase it at a pharmacy from the pharmacist or at planned parenthood.
I also have to agree with wrathofjade- this method is not full proof- he could have came slightly before pulling out- and most likely sperm was still inside of his penis when he put it back in.
And I suggest you consider another form of birth control if you don't want to use condoms- you can go to planned parenthood for consultation about birth control options- its also at a more reasonable price and completely confidential.

the chance is there though generally without ejaculation inside the vagina it is minimal. the withdrawal method is not considered to be adequate contraception and for it to even have a chance it being so he must clean his penis thoroughly and urinate after every ejaculation.
i suggest you use condoms and/or some form of hormonal contraceptive. the pill, depo provera injections, and the contraceptive implant are all highly effective. the implant will provide protection for 2-3 years, the injection for ~3 months and the pill for as long as you take it according to the directions. i think of these the best is the pill if you can rely on yourself to take it as directed, it tends to have minimal side effects and it leaves the responsibility up to you.
also, if your boyfriend has had previous partners there is the risk of STIs, have him get checked before having sex without a condom again. no matter how he complains, you catching a disease isn't worth it.
