What workout routines you use? I personally like three week of intensive training with one week of deloading. Pyramidal system is my favorite because it not only builds up my mass but stamina also. Sometimes I like to do the round-the-gym session, just out of fun; I know that it is not advisable because of muscle tiredness. Anyway, what is your story?

To be honest, beside abdominals, I liked to work on my hands. I do not like them too much pumped, I like some good balance between mass and definition. I also liked to combine gym with sauna and water pool. I used pool more for mental then for the body relaxation. And it worked really great for me. Then I got married. End of story.
