I admit that stress is slowly becoming a number one problem in my life. I know that it is far from good for my mental health, but that is how I live at the moment. Stress in the office, at home, basically I am not nervous only when I am sleeping (although I have nightmares sometimes). Everyone tells me that youth of your brain would last longer if you learn to deal with stress, but I haven't learned that yet.

I can suggest you only one thing, take a long vacation, as long as possible. I have just returned from the seaside and I have to say that just watching the ocean waves from the sun bed will set your mind at peace. If that is something you cannot do at the moment, you need to find some free time for yourself, even if that is only half an hour in a day. You need that time for a hobby, for setting your mind of your problems, for fun, anything that relaxes you.
