i've been taking this pill since my husband said he couldn't handle it, said your suppose to take two caps but would his heart will race and shaky. So instead of it going to waste i started working out and taking them. i dont take a caps at all....scared to be shaky and whatnot. i take a glass of water and use half the powder and mix and workout , by the time i'm done with the workout the feeling of the pill is gone.

I was just googling this and I do burp a lot, and I get extreme hunger, I thought I was weird, I do not get stomach pains, but iv become irregular, I have to go to the bathroom like every hour to 2. Whats up?

I have tried Zantrex Black three times; the reason? When I bought it, there was an extra bottle free that came with it. Not a good deal for me... now I am wondering if they are trying to give the stuff away. Not one for digestive problems, but even taking one cap instead of two twice a day with meals, WITH twelve ounces of water, they absolutely make me ill, especially with horrible diarrhea. Fortunately, I am not working outside the home at the present time, or else I would have missed several days of work each time I tried Zantrex.

I used to take zantrex black and switched to zantrex 3 and almost instantly noticed changes in my digestive system as well as bowel movements. I poop at least 6 times a day now even if its not a lot. Ive experienced chest tightness as well as burping frequently as well as farting a lot. Ive lost weight and my friends and family have even noticed I only take the recommended dosage 2 pills per main meal. Not really any side effects other than these.

The first day I took it, I had 6 good bowel movements, and diarrhea a total of 7 times in the first 24 hours. I am the type of person who never poops. I literally am so irregular. My stomach was in knots on day 2, severe gas pains, bloating, passing gas, and my stomach was making the most insane noises ever! It was almost embarassing. I know it says you can take 2 pills in the morning, 2 before you biggest meal, but I am only taking 1 in the morning, 1 at lunch. Now that my body has adjusted, I am actually the most regular I have ever been, which we all know is a HUGE part of weight loss and having good digestive help!

It says on the bottle that there is niacin in the pills. When taking niacin you have to drink a lot of eater throughout the day to make sure you don't get dehydrated. Niacin also give some people a flushing feeling like they get hot and have red skin. The flushing feeling does not last a long time. I have lost 3 pounds in the last week since taking these pills. Of you wait to take them after you eat then it is pointless. Make sure you take them 15 minutes before eating and don't eat huge meals.

The first time I tried Zantrex3 was about 8 years ago. In addition to the supplement, I ate a high fiber, low calorie diet and quit drinking soda. Also wouldn't eat past 6pm. And NO SNACKING! I started at 154lbs and went down to 94lbs in about 1.5 years. (Im only 5'2 and 23years old) after about 2 years of taking ztrx3 it stopped working. I believe my body became immune to it, from taking it for so long. I stopped taking it at 23yrs old & was unable to maintain my lost weight. By the time I was 28 I was back up to a whopping 157lbs. My biggest ever. I began taking zantrex3 again, hoping that it would be like when I very first started taking it in my early 20s. IT WAS
