Is zithtomax safe in pregnancy? I know that nothing is safe enough to be used during first trimester, but as I am in the second and have sore throat and laryngitis, I need to know the facts about zithtomax in pregnancy. I am not going to take it without doctor’s advice; just want to be better informed before visit him. I was allergic on penicillin when was a kid, so I think that zithtomax is the drug of choice for me.
