Hi. My sister had a seizure most recently. She was prescribed with Zonegran. I would like to hear more about this med and its` usage. Anybody?

Hi. I suffer from partial epileptic seizures. I take Zonegran too. Zonegran reduces the frequency of these seizures. Zonegran is used in comb with other anti-seizure meds. You can never be prescribed with Zonegran only. I take Zonegran capsules with food, but you can take it without food as well. It is very important never to take two doses at the same time. If you remember to take your dose of Zonegran, just take it as soon as possible. If it`s time for your next dose, just skip the missed dose.

hi i suffered from grandmal epileptic seizures for 25 years and i was taking a seizure twice a month then the doc put me on zonegran and now i only have 1 ever 5 or 6 months now.Best tablet i i ever had that was 2 years ago there great ;-)
