Hello there! I am really worried bc I happen to believe I hurt my hymen without having an intercourse. I was riding a bicycle yesterday when a car accidentally ran into me. I fell on a seat of the bicycle and hit myself really hard in the vagina area. Boy, did that hurt!!!! Nothing else happened apart from that, so I just went home. When I went to toilet I saw some blood on my panties and the vulva was a bit swollen. There were no other signs of injuries, so I thought I ruptured my hymen. Is this possible, please tell me!

Hello! Yes, apart rupturing it during an intercourse , hymen can be ruptured in some other situations like yours-an accident or injury when a woman would falls on a project, masturbation with a vibrator, if doctors entered some instruments into virgin vagina, a tampon and even sport activities like horse riding, high jump, playing seesaw.

| hi, my boyfriend and i just recently had sex and the next day i saw a tubular tissue hanging out of my vagina. my mother believes that i broke my hymen and I agree. is that true? and if so how do i get this tubular piece to go back to normal? |

Hi,
I am sharing a secret with you.I have done sex. I was not spouse to have sex before marriage.Now i am getting married with someone else.I am very confuse that how can i hide it from my husband? I donot want to him to know that i am not a virgin. Is there anything i can do to hide it? Please give me a advice that can help me please. |

If you love this guy and want to marry and share your life with him, I suggest you come clean. This isn't the kind of secret that you want to keep when starting a marriage with someone. Chances are , he isn't a virgin either....and why should it be any different for him than you? Besides, it's not 1950 something anymore. |

Hi,
Me too i have the same problem I had sex without getting married & I might b killed by my father if he knew, we still have this problem in the arab world, really i don't know wt to do to b over this. |

| My dear if u ever knew i way to get a hymen bad, plz plz tell me. No one know wt pain i'm living with because of losing this important part in my body. Losing my life is easier than losing this part cuz my family will always b ashamed of me. I deserve 2 die for losing my hymen; this is how i was raised |

Ok so i have never actually had intercourse before && i dont know exactly which part is the hymen and which part is the vaginal oriface but apparently i can stick my finger thru one of these holes and its definatley not my anus so does this mean my hymen is ruptured??? |
