I've had this problem for many years now, I'm 16 at this moment and it started when I was around 12. Doctors can't help me and I can't seem to find a solution myself as well.

Every morning I wake up way too early and feel nauseous and extremely tired. I don't want to have breakfast because I feel like throwing up, but I have to because I have to go to school and if I don't eat I will only feel worse. So I just eat something small like a banana. For the rest of the day I feel so tired and have stomachache. When I'm finally home again I don't feel any better and eat my dinner with a lot of difficulty. The only moment of the day I feel a tiny bit better is around 8 in the evening, I usually lay on my bed and relax a bit at that moment.

Also, about the being stressed part: if something happens, even if it's something small and not extremely worrisome, I get really stressed and have panic attacks. It's all very annoying and bothersome. I always feel more nauseous than usual after I've had a panic attack.

I don't know what to do anymore. Doctors have always told me it's something mental/psychic and will eventually go away. But there's still no progress after all these years.

Has someone had a similar issue? Please, I'm desperate. I don't want to keep on living my life like this!!

Hi,

Did doctors gave you any meds for it?

It sounds a little like you could be having some heart malfunction, but i'm guessing they tested your heart while you were in the hospital.

Try changing your habits a bit and see if it feels better. You can change your diet, your usual places ...etc.
