(1) Take it when you feel most drowsy/tired(2) Remove battery of phone, separate phone in one drawer, battery in another(3) Turn off your computer(4) Listen to music in bed(5) create a playlist that is about 20 mins long (when Ambien starts working)(6) Turn off all lights in bedroom(7) Keep room cool(8) On Ambien make sure you have only one clear thought on a task(9) Don't leave the bedroom, unless for bathroom or a "real" emergency(10) Don't talk or think about anyone, keep your mind distracted about others.Notes: I tried a tea blend that may work for others to seek drowsiness.Lemon Balm + chamomile + Hops + Sweet Woodruff + decaf Irish Breakfast
