I have had this condition from tha age of 6 and am coming up to 51!! There is a future for us with this condition. I was very ill for many years until i was put on steroids and Azathioprine, finding the right treatment and being able to tollerate the drugs it a big issue. I still have many related health issues but it can be managed well with the right treatment. A normal life can be lived with this condition with the right help.
