13 with a yeast infection? My vagina hurts to touch and I have some discharge

I read another post on here extremely similar. I'm 13, and i think i might have a yeast infection. I noticed about maybe 3 days ago, that my vagina hurt when i touched it (not like that!!!). I immediately started searching  for reasons behind this. It hurts near the top of the vagina and and im not sure about discharge. the web says thick and white, and it looks like that but i cant recall if thats what my discharge always looks like. It doesnt hurt much, before it hurt when i walked but now i dont notice it  unless i touch it. my mom doesnt know! do you think it will go away? IS IT EVEN A YEAST INFECTION????!!! (i dont really talk about these things with my mom so itll be soo awkward..)
