I apologize for the absurdity of this question, but what I saw was quite frightening and I'm not sure who else to ask about it. Anyways I saw my son naked with an erection getting out of the shower and I noticed his penis is very overdeveloped. I looked up averages, at his age he should be anywhere from 4 to 5 inches erect but from what I could tell he looked to be about 9 inches or more. Even more concerning was the lack of pubes. Is there aanything wrong with my son?

It is not an absurd question.
Average for an adult male is 5.1" erect. For a 13-14 year old it is 3-4".
Some guys develop early, others later on. There is no way to predict how much bigger, if any, his penis will get.
There is nothing wrong with him.
As to the absence of pubic hair many people shave it off nowadays. Yes, even in puberty.

Taking your son to see his doctor will address any concerns you have and answer any of your questions.
Something worth considering is how people/authorities would react to the first 3 words of your post. Even with it being done by his mom to determine if there is a need for concern in some countries there could be consequences.
