Hey guest icompletely understand how you feel and was a lot like you at your age.... First off you are not weird and there is nothing wrong with you..... Everyone developed at their own rate..... Are you showing any signs of puberty like pubic leg or underarm hair? Has your voice gotten any lower or your testicles any bigger? Was your 3 in penis measured when it was erect or not erect (flaccid)?

Ok well how old is your younger brother? If he is much further along in puberty I would expect his penis to be larger..... Are you over weight at all? When did you start puberty and what other signs or puberty do you have?
