13 years old with a head ache,stomache ache,dizzy soells,sharpish pains in my stomach that move

hello i am 13 years old with a head ache,stomache ache,dizzy soells,sharpish pains in my stomach that move,im tired, and feel like im going to throw up and im worryed as so are my parent, ive had my blood tested and have gone to the docters 3 times in the last two weeks, i am not pregnant, virgin, please please help thank you
