hi, im 15, 5'6 or 5'7 and weigh 158.. im very athletic tho... i have a lot of arm and leg muscle but i still feel like i am over weight and "big" should i lose weight? is 158 healthy?

You should check out how much fat and sugar you have in your diet ,if you cut down on these and introdue fibre slowly ,eat lots of fruit ,veg and turn to flora extra light if you are over weight within 1 month you should find you will loose weight .But be true and stick to the diet no picking .its easier if you dont get tempted .

I agree with the other reply--are you experiencing any other symptoms? The weight could be an effect of an underlying health problem you've not yet recognized.

Relax. You sound like you are healthy and active. You aren't overweight. Don't believe the hype, skin y doesn't mean anything. If you feel good then don't stress. I weight about ten pounds less and I'm five eight and I look and feel great. Worry about something more important, like your future. :)
