2. Eat healthy (look at the labels of what you buy.)
3. Join a swimming team or a sport team
4. If you don't like sports Marshal Arts is another good idea
5. Don't be lazy and watch TV all day or use the computer all day be energetic and play outside or do sports
6. Don't drink to much soda or juice milk and water is healthier
7. If you do eat junk food make sure not to eat to much of it   

ITS NOT EXACTLY A DIET BUT IF YOU TRY DOING THESE THINGS DAILY YOU LOSE WEIGHT IN 4 WEEKS OR LESS (TRUST ME I DID I USE TO WEIGH 158 POUNDS NOW I WEIGH 105 POUNDS IT DIDN'T TAKE 4 WEEKS BUT IN 4 WEEKS YOU'LL LOSE AT LEAST 15-25 POUNDS IF U FOLLOW THESE STEPS DAILY)
