hi, im 13 and i weigh about 110lbs, im the right weight, but i LOOK like i weigh more. i would really like to lose about ten pounds, but i have trouble eating healthy and staying on an exercise program. do you have any suggestions on how to make myself WANT to stay on the program. please write back! thanks!

How tall are you? The reason you may look heavier especially if you don't work out is because fat weighs less than muscle so if you weighed 113 and were athletic you would look much thinner than 113 and never working out. You are young and will grow! one easy thing to do that will get you results is to stop drinking soda or sugary juice, and don't eat two hours before bed. If you can do that you will see results without exercise but if you throw in some moderate cardio you will not only feel better you will look better to.
