No, you're not too young to be getting a few early wrinkles. But it's doubtful that acne cream by itself is causing your wrinkles. Wrinkles are caused by a breakdown of the collagen just under the skin. Collagen is what gives your skin that "stretchiness" that helps it bounce back. Notice that on old people, things just do not "bounce" anywhere. Flop around, yes. Bounce, no.

Many things can contribute to early wrinkling: heredity, smoking, dehydration, sun, wind, poor nutrition, frequent squinting, and of course, just plain aging.

Stay well-hydrated, wear sunscreen and/or a hat, maintain good nutrition, don't smoke, and do wear good sunglasses whenever you are outdoors so that you don't ever squint. Your face will thank you in 20 or 30 years (or more).

Don't apply anything without asking your doctor. You should visit your skin doctor as soon as possible.
