24yo still getting frequent erections and easily aroused.

I see a lot of 15-17 year olds on here with this problem, and I remember going through that, but now I am 24, and still having issues.  I don't attract females easily so sexual contact isn't very common with me.  I have had sex twice and both had ended in premature ejaculation which really discourages me from going there again.  I went out on a date recently and this girl was really into me, she was very touchy but not in a sexual way and I had erections sporradically all night and pre-cum dripping down my leg.  I understand this is normal for younger people and that they shouldn't be embarassed, but I am 24, this girl was 23 and I was insanely embarassed.  She eventually felt that I was hard and she didn't take it the wrong way, but it was embarassing and it may send her the wrong signal (such as that all I see in her is sex which is not the case due to my past experiences having sex).  We were in a public place the whole time and I knew for sure sex wasn't in the picture (nor was I really pursuing it) but my body obviously thought otherwise.

I've been keeping females at a distance becaues of these issues and as life is passing me by I want to do something about this now.  I'm into this girl, but she can barely hug me without me getting an erection.

So what now?
