37 year old circumcised female, trouble with stimulation, not attracted to any male

Hi, this my first time to write to any site , but what i am gonna ask about is a realy dramaticlly affecting my life.
I am a 37 years old eygptian female, i was sercumsized in the age of 6 or 7 , when i was i collage , i started to notice that i have no response to any aproch from any kind , i can't be stimulated easly , and if so i take a very long time , a don't feel attracted to amy male .
