Hi, I am 25 years old male and I am in dilemma with my meals and eating. I would like to know is it better to have 4-5 large meals or 6-7 smaller meals for bulking up? This information is very important to me as I would like to make new plan of training as I achieved maximum with previous.

Hi, it is very important that you use smaller but more frequent meals because you need to let your body to use all nutrition you eat. If you are eating large meals, then extra calories which are not spent will form fat in your body. Best way is to eat smaller meals more frequently and don't eat several hours before you go to bed.

4-5 big meals is more beneficial for Bulking.
For cutting more frequent smaller meals:)
