So it has been about 9 weeks now since I quit. I said earlier that I felt like i was going crazy, which turned into the worse stress and anxiety I have ever had. I tried medication from the doctor but that seems to make it worse. So, about 4 weeks ago I joined the gym. WOW!!! I have honestly never felt better. I go 1 hour a day, 7 days a week and I feel great, no more anxiety. I don't know how everyone else feels about working out, but I will honestly say... it saved my quit. I would have started smoking again, if I didn't find something to make myself feel better.
