Hi! I turned 12 last year and am way overweight. I'm 5'5 and weigh 180 pounds. I really wanna start losing weight for the summer and just so people won't pick on me at school, I've looked up some home workout thingys but none of them seem promising. I can't really go on runs/bike rides since my parents are very protective and won't let me go unless one of them go with me and that's just a little awkward running with your mom around town:/ My goal is to try and lose 70-80 pounds in 6 months but I'm not sure if that's possible as I can never find a good workout plan that doesn't require either 4 hours or going to the gym (there isn't a gym in my city). I'm just really ashamed and self conscious about my weight and really would like to loose some weight, do you guys by any chance have any tips for me? If so that would be very helpful❤️
